Outage Reporting Tips
The most effective way to report an outage is to call our automated phone system at (205) 921-6712 or (800) 621-8069. Please have your account number ready just in case your phone number hasn't been updated.
Please note: during a widespread or prolonged outage, the phone lines may become congested and reporting online may be a better option.
Click on the Report an Outage link above to log in to our customer service portal to report your outage. You can also click on the View Current Outages link above to see how many members are currently without power and where the outages are located.
Another option is to report your outage from our FREE App. Click on the appropriate link below to download the app.

Facebook is updated by our staff and information is provided when available.
Please Note: Our Facebook page is not monitored 24/7. We recommend you reporting your outage by phone or online. If you do post to Facebook, please do not share any personal information including your address on our page for your protection.
